Apparently unable to connect to my wireless router from Dlink after I upgraded 2 of my notebook to Windows 10. Sounds a bit like my case. I found I had to turn off my ISP's DHCP because it does not support IPv6 even locally. Then I wired it directly to my Dlink's Internet port.
